BUYER AGREEMENT FORM

Buyer understands that the puppy being purchased can be a fragile breed. Furthermore, buyer understands additional care will be needed to insure the health and well being of said puppy.

HEALTH

Seller states the puppy you are purchasing is healthy at the time of sale. For purpose of this agreement, once the puppy leaves the seller's premises, it is under the buyer's control. Notice of any problem with said puppy must be received within 24 HOURS in the manner described below.

1. Buyer agrees to have the puppy examined by a reputable veterinarian within 24 hours from the time of delivered said puppy. If the veterinarian establishes a MAJOR problem (internal, external parasites, coccidia, giardia, and kennel cough are excluded) with the puppy upon initial examination, puppy may be returned at this time. Seller reserves the right to have the puppy examined by a vet of seller's choice, before exchanged is made.

2. All veterinary expenses are the responsibility of the pet owner.

RETURNS

Seller will consider a replacement puppy or refund of monies only if the conditions detailed in the "Health" section are met. If the puppy has not visited the Veterinarian as agreed, within the 24 hour time frame, if problem with the puppy is found and the breeder is not notified immediately following the exam there will be NO exchange or monies refunded.

1. To return a puppy, notify the breeder to set up a date for returning the puppy. The original veterinary report and registration papers must be returned to the breeder.

2. Buyer will pay all shipping expenses !

3. No guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, or breeding ability.

4. It is impossible to accurately determine the EXACT adult size of any puppy sold, therefore, we cannot give any size guarantee. Size estimates are based on bloodline, age and size of puppy at time of sale.

5. We do require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the puppy of your choice. In the event of the puppy's premature death prior to delivery to the buyer the seller agrees to refund the deposit to the buyer.

I have read, understand, and agree to these terms and limitations. Also, I consider this to be a legally binding document.

We can ship our puppies with the Airlines and that cost is $275 US Dollars. You are always welcome to pick your chihuahua Puppy up at TUL Tulsa internaation Airport in Oklahoma.

A non refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve or hold a puppy. I only accept U.S. Postal Money Orders , Bank Wire Transfers , Walmart Money Grams, Western Union ; it's nothing personal I have just learned the hard way in the past. Your deposit will go towards your purchase price. The remaining balance of the puppy is due within one week prior or at the actual time of L ocal Pickup in The Tulsa Metro Area . Although the cost of all delivery fees must be paid in full at least one week prior to the delivery date. I will supply you with a hand written receipt by e-mail or regular mail for your records.

The price of our pups are based on an average of $300.00 to $3000.00, depending on their quality and size. Puppies that we suspect to have a high show potential or are exceptionally small in size are priced accordingly. The very tiny pups normally have to stay with us longer depending on how well they are progressing without mom feeding them. Therefore prices may increase due to the additional vaccinations, wormers and feed that will need to be supplied. "These are the pups many people like to label as "Teacup Chihuahuas." We prefer to call them what they are, Very Tiny Chihuahuas!

I realize most people who are looking for that special puppy do so by the internet and dealing with a complete stranger with so many miles in between can be a little scary. If you decide to purchase one of our Sunset Kids, you will receive the puppies registration papers, a health certificate and receipt of final purchase. You will receive a shot and worming record of what your puppy has received and what inoculations he or she is due for to carry to your local veterinarian. You will be given a puppy care kit along with a sample bag of food to get you started on their current eating habits. I will also provide you with several informational sheets on how to care for a Chihuahua puppy. I advise everyone in your family that will have contact with your new puppy to carefully read each and every sheet, no matter if you have owned a Chihuahua before or not. There’s no doubt that you will supply your puppy with plenty of love and affection, but learning all you can about the breed you own will prove beneficial to you.
